Write the Vision Down

I love a new year. I love how we can look at a clean slate. We can forget what we left behind and press forward to all that is ahead.

Last Thursday night me and 3 of my dearest friends got together and prayed over our lists of goals and vision for 2012.  It is one of the sweetest times of the year for me.  It reminds me not just how amazing these women are but how big God is.  That in the busyness of life, we can take the time to "write the vison down, make it plain".  That each of us can go over each area that is on our list and know that not just in the moment of that night, but through out the year, we are continually praying for each other.

I encourage you before the month of January is over, grab your dearest friends, grab your husband and pray over those things that you know that only God can do.

That only He can order your steps. (Psalms 37:23)

That only He can direct your path. (Proverbs 3:6)

That only He can give you the peace that passes all understanding. (Philippians 4:7)

Will you? Will you take the time and write "the vision" down?
