Sheryl Sandberg Challenges Women Leaders

I recently heard this talk from Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg from Jenni Catron’s website – We have too few women leaders. Sandberg makes these statements in her conversation:

Women face harder choices between professional success and personal fulfillment.

Women systematically under estimate their own abilities.

She challenges women with these 3 points:

1.  Sit at the table

2.  Make your partner a real partner

3.  Don’t leave before you  leave.

My question to you is how can we take Sandberg’s talk and challenge ourselves in ministry?
