The Layers Have Been Pulled

It’s been almost a year and not a lot has changed.  Yes, I’m still married to an amazing man, our kids are growing up way to fast and I’m balancing full-time work and family.  Whew! That’s a lot in just that one little sentence. But one thing has changed…me.

Who I am and what I am about has changed.

This journey we call life has a purpose and sometimes we have to strip away those things that are distracting us or pulling us away from what we were put on this earth to do.  I’ve been an onion these last 10 months.  With each month that has passed, a layer has been removed, and what is seen is now the core, the purpose.

It may be raw and ugly but in His eyes it is Beautiful.
